Question:
I really have two questions. What does it mean if my semen is yellow and chunky. It is not white and as fluid as the semen I see in porno's. Secondly, I used to be able to have sex multiple times a night - yet for the last four years or so my penis will hurt (an ache inside the penis) if I achieve an erection after orgasm. This makes having sex more than once a night painful and awkward.

This discomfort is as reason to seek an examination by a urologist. Also, it is not your sperm that is "chunky," it would be your semen (the fluid that transports the sperm). My guess is a better word would be "lumpy," and it is certainly true that some men have "lumps" in their ejaculate. This is usually nothing to worry about, but again should be discussed with a urologist.
