Question:
my girlfriend when she starts to get angry she hits me and now i can't cope with it and sometime if she hits me i will get angry and i will hit her back but i don't want to hit her

Physical violence in any relationship is not acceptable. She would do well to seek out anger management therapy, groups or classes. Sometimes, anger is indicative of an underlying depression that needs to be medically/psychologically assessed and treated. You would both do well to get into relationship therapy as soon as possible.
