Question:
After I ejaculate my penis hurts if I have another erection. It is a pain that is inside the penis, within the tube - I believe the urethra. I can have another erection without problem, but the pain of the erection is often reason enough not to - and having sex seems to hurt even more. When I was younger (26 now) I did not experience this problem. It has been a problem now for 4 years or so.

Thanks so much for writing, this is a great question that I'm sure some other men experience and so not only will this answer hopefully point you in the right direction, but help other men do the same. The experience you are describing leads me to believe that you have a condition that a urologist should take a look at. The best bet so your penis doesn't hurt and eventually feels happy about having erections again? Go see a doc, specifically a urologist. They will do an examination and probably run some tests to check out the problem. And no worries about going to see the physician, this is what they specialize in so telling them something is up with your penis is being directed to the right hands (so to speak...ha!). They'll take good care of you! Good luck! Megan Andelloux
