Question:
when I have an erection for lengthy periods of time and/or when I orgasm I have pain and a lump slightly above and right of my genitals. The lump feels as though something is swollen and can get quite painful.

Whenever there is pain involved, the best thing to do is to check it out with
your physician. He or she can ask the detailed questions, examine you, order
tests, if necessary and recommend treatment.
