Hello I am sam,
I am 23 years of age. I am not married.
I am in very problem .Due to my bad work I destroy my self
with hand Practice but now I am shamed on myself.
And this work is very shameful. I did not do
sex with any girl . I have lake of guides ness .

It is very very important that you stop worrying. It is very normal for men to masturbate themselves with their hand and this will not harm you in any way. Do not worry about your thin semen for this is normal for many men and nothing to worry about. You do not need any medication for any of this, for you are not damaged and should not feel guilty.
