Question:
I have been latly seeming to notice that I am having trouble getting "it" up when I masterbate, I also can't seem to control when it comes up when I'm in the movies doing simple things like holding hands, kissing, my girlfriend which about 2 months ago would have had no real effect on me.
it is hard so discribe my problem but my penis doesn't come up when it is appo. and it does come up when it is not appo.

You are under 18 and at your sexual peak. You will get erections when you least expect them, ejaculate when breeze blows through a window, and your body will surprise your in many many ways. It also will disappoint you if you worry about your performance or try too hard. Try to relax with where you are sexually at this time in your life, for you will begin to settle down soon and become more predictable. You have discovered that masturbation will help if you do not want to ejaculate at an inappropriate time. There is no harm in this, and remember, if you try too hard, you might not be able to accomplish the deed. Don't put it off until the last minute!
