Questions your therapist will probably ask to determine if this is medically based or psychologically based: How is your overall relationship with your boyfriend? Do you feel sexual desire toward anyone else? How often do you have sexual thoughts or fantasies? How often do you have the urge to masturbate? What's your general energy level like? Mood?
