Question:
This past (December '99)I had a Turp, and this past February 2000 I had a penile implant and since then I have lost all feeling in my glans. I am unable to stimulate myself to orgasm. If I could I understand that I would have a retro ejaculation, that is not my concern. I have discussed this with my Urologist, and have in the past used (with much Diahrea difficulty) "Platel" with no results. I am now taking "Neurontin" in his hopes that this might help my lack of nerve response. Do you have any suggestions?

Please see the answer to a related question at: http://sexualhealth.com/questions/read.cfm?ID=93 While there may not be much to do about the damaged nerves at this point there are other sensations you can learn to focus on to achieve pleasure and orgasm. Dr. Tepper
