I'm sure the same thing happened when Adam first figured out what to do with Eve. Novelty is such a strong aphrodisiac that a large number of men ejaculate rapidly with new partners. It's the price a man pays for that rapid and intense arousal that occurs with an exciting new woman.
You should obviously be wearing a condom with each new partner. A condom will slow some men down (but I have known those who have ejaculated while putting it on... bummer!). You could try to mute the excitement by masturbating during the morning on those days you have a date (but I have seen men who then have trouble getting an erection that night).
You could talk to your doctor... some antidepressant medication is prescribed because one of the side effects is delayed ejaculation (but it does not work at all with some men and works too well with others who can't ejaculate at all).
The only practical advice I can give is to forewarn your partner (so she doesn't get her hopes up), spend lots of time in foreplay, find out what the partner really likes, bring her to orgasm manually if you can, and then lay on your back, relax totally and have her mount you. Let her move. It is in this female superior position that many men last a bit longer.
Give the relationship enough time... you should then settle down.
