Question:
What are the risks when giving oral sex to a woman, particularly a prostitute and what precautions can be taken. Is there really such a thing as safe sex with a prostitute? My partner has a low sex drive and by visiting a prostitute on an occasional basis allows me to experience more without emotional ties.

Having intercourse with any stranger is risky. The same is true for orally stimulating a woman you do not know or trust. The risk escalates when the woman has had multiple partners, such as would a prostitute. The only really safe way to orally stimulate a prostitute is to cover her entire genital area with a latex barrier. Most health conscious working girls insist that a man wear a condom before they will orally stimulate him. Plastic wrap would work for safe cunnilingus if you don't get too carried away. Honestly, by the time you cover up the potential danger, there is not really much pleasure in doing it... for either one of you. My advice, in the interest of your health and your wife's, is not to orally stimulate a prostitute and always wear a condom when engaging in intercourse with one. Remember, anything you contract is likely to be carried home and shared with your wife. Having a low sex drive does not mean she deserves to get a sexually transmitted disease from you. Be careful!
