Most complaints related to the penile size are related to a psychological condition where the patient falsely believes that his penis is small in size while in reality it is normal. A few patients truly have a small penis that might be related to hormonal disorders.
I advise you to discuss your concerns with a parent or parents and visit a Urologist/Andrologist to diagnose your problem whether physical or psychological and initiate therapy if needed.
The normal size of an erect penis in adults is above 7 cms with an average of 10-13 cms. The penile size at your age (16) is quite variable and depends upon how far did you progress into puberty.Reviewed by Sexual Health Editorial Team
