Question:
Could masturbation lead to having a bigger prostate which makes the urine canal narrow so the urine doesn't go out normally?

Answer:

Masturbation is a normal sexual behavior practiced by more than 95 percent of all men and does not result in any physical disorders. However, in certain cultures there are certain unfounded beliefs that it might be harmful. This might result in various feelings of anxiety, distress and guilt.

It would be safer to consult a physician to identify the cause of difficult urination in your case, like narrowing of the urine canal or infection. Occasionally psychological factors may be also involved in similar complaints, which are then described as psychosomatic, meaning psychological factors like stress resulting in physical or bodily complaints.
