Question:
My ejaculate is occasionally lumpy i.e. it contains translucent/whitish pellets about the size of uncooked pudding rice grains. Their occurrence is intermittent, say one occasion in ten. In anticipation of your question : Yes, it does seem to occur after a period of celibacy. Is this a cause for concern, or something I need not worry about?

There is nothing to worry about when the consistency of your ejaculates changes. As you have noted, it may have something to do with the periods of abstinence. If you continue to worry, ask your physician about it. The only time you should really be concerned is if there is blood in your ejaculate.
