Well, I may be able to answer your question if I could see what type of spots you have, and where exactly. Just saying ‘spots’ doesn’t ring any bells. The spots could be brown, white, red; they could look like a patch, tiny pimples; they could be spread over the glans (head of the penis), on the skin covering the head, rest of the penis, on the rim of the back of head; they could be spots of accumulated pigment, or lack of pigment, they could be unrelated to any disease or may be the result of a disease … So I do not have any way of knowing what exactly they are.
Some penises indeed have brown spots on them, which are like moles on the body. Some have tiny white circle-like spots across the head of the penis – which are accumulation of smegma around the pores of oil glands on the head. They can be washed off with plain water and will not appear if one gently cleanses the head with water on a daily basis.
Maybe, if you could send a digital photo taken of those spots under bright illumination and send me (poosha@vsnl.com) as an email attachment, I could give you more information.
Friend, I would like to add at this point that Doctors are not oblivious to their clients’ problems. After all they don’t gain anything by denying something when it really is there. If all the medical professionals whom you met said that the spots you have are normal and occur in every third guy, you have every reason to believe it and relax. I can still try to help you sort it out, if you could send a digital photograph.
