Question:
I'm 28 years now. My problem is, I get mild to intense pain in my penis after I masturbate & ejaculate and specifically I am standing. The more rapid I have ejaculated, severe the pain which lasts for several minutes. If I sitdown or laydown, I don't feel the pain. If I get erection again shortly the whole penis pains. I have never had an intercourse with any women so far. Please advice.

Please consult a urologist ASAP. Your problem can arise for example, from an infection in the urinary tract or accessory sex organs such as the prostate, the seminal vesicles etc. and, the condition you describe can occur even if you have not had sex before.
