Hello and thanks for writing in. If you've never had sex of any kind (ie, noone else's finger, mouth, or genitals making contact with your vagina), it is impossible to have a sexually transmited infection (STI) that would lead to bumps on your labia. It is possible that they are nothing more than little nodes or papillae, (extra little bits of skin) that just happen to be on your labia, but it is impossible to try to diagnose or tell you what they are over a computer. The only way to tell what they may be is to have a doctor or nurse practitioner examine them. If you don't have a doctor you can go to, you can visit a PLanned Parenthood clinic. Chances are, they may be nothing to worry about but you should find out for sure.
