Question:
There was a little area around my vulva that really hurt after sex. I believe my labia is longer than most women because i often have to help him "part" them for easy penetration - they kinda like get in the way...

the labia vary from woman to woman - and what you describe in terms of your labia are very normal - and common., The idea of parting the way, so to speak, is typical and normal. Betty Dodson, in her book, Sex for One, has a series of great drawings showing the variations. In terms of your other question, the irritation could be due to lack of lubrication - and it can also lead to a slight infection - such a yeast. Very common. I would suggest you have a check-up to be sure you are okay. Best wishes!!!
