Question:
I'd like to know if a hymen actually bleeds when it breaks?

Answer:

In most cases, a hymen bleeds when it breaks. There are instances, however, when it does not bleed, and this may be due to the female's age, how the hymen is broken, and how thick and porous the membrane is.
