dear sir i want to know when a boy's sperm(i don't know what is called which a men's penis always gives out which color is white)when get's simply into girl's vagina without the man's penis touching or getting inside girl's vagina.then is it possible 4 a girl to be pregnant.

Yes, there is a concern about risking pregnancy whenever semen is deposited near or inside the vagina. Some couples do use withdrawal as a method of birth control with some success (withdrawing before he ejeaculates) but the failure often occurs when he does not withdraw in time and some of the semen is deposited in or near the vaginal opening. If it is possible to obtain birth control - or access condoms - this would be helpful in easing your worries about pregnancy.
