Thank you for your question. Broadly speaking, woman themselves are many and varied, in size, shape, colour, appearance, culture etc. The same goes for what they like and dislike. No two women will like exactly the same thing in a man. What one woman may find attractive, another woman may find repulsive. Despite what people think, most women do not all want a man with a big penis, though many men seem to think they do. And if you hang around in chatrooms, you'd soon think that all men had 10-inch penises..... What also makes the picture confusing is that some women like a penis that is sometimes harder than other times, or a penis that is bigger - but not all the time! In order to achieve a bigger penis or a harder erection for those times there are some implements you can use, which I have outlined below. You also mentioned in your extra info that you were quitting smoking. Smoking over time, damages the blood vessels in the penis making it difficult to establish and also to maintain an erection. So if you do quit smoking, that alone, will give you a much improved blood flow in your pelvis and to your penis. If you exercise, then the nicotine will metabolise out of your body fairly quickly. If cravings and nicotine withdrawal affect your mood - there are some excellent nicotine replacement therapies around in the market - including gum and patches, so don't be afraid to use them. I quit smoking myself in 1995, and know how tough it can be. You also mentioned you had problems with endurance, so again, look to exercise and quitting smoking and this will help a great deal over the long term. Positioning is very important, so don't be afraid to try different positions, in some she will have more feeling than in others. The woman on-top position will give her the deepest penetration and she can control the rate and depth. You said you don't have enough time, and this could be affecting foreplay. Try to plan ahead and make time to 'play' and to be together. Give her plenty of time to become aroused. For added hardness and to increase both your and her feeling, you may like to try a cock-ring. A cock-ring can give your penis some added hardness, which for a woman can make your penis feel much larger, and/or much better. If you buy one, use a rubber self-adjusting type and ensure you remove it promptly after sex. It effectively acts as a tourniquet, trapping engorged blood within the penis and making it very hard. If you don't have any success with the ring and more size and girth is desired, there are penis extensions you can try, and as you already mentioned about a strap-on, I am assuming you have used a strap-on extension. For some women they have the occasional desire to 'feel full' meaning they want to feel their vagina really filled up. For this reason, adult shops stock huge dildoes and other lethal looking toys. With this in mind, offer her a toy catalogue and get her to choose something, that you can try out together. Always be very careful inserting objects into the vagina, use water based lubricants, and never share sex toys. If you need any further assistance, please write again. Best wishes, Melissa BEE
