Question:
When I get intimate with my girlfriend, and we both start getting turned on, she has pains afterwards. Cramps in a way, or stomach aches. It happens especially if I stimulated her vagina. I was wondering if this was normal, or serious.

Do you know if she feels it is related at all to the way you are touching her? For example, is she feeling chaffed or sore? You may want to vary the way you touch one another or stay focused on the outside of the vagina - around the clitoris. You do describe her pain as cramping, so it may well be the result of her arousal - in terms of blood flow to the genitals - and then without any release (orgasm) - some women do complain about feeling aches in that region. Could this be it? If is does continue, I would suggest a routine gynecological exam to assure her that all is okay. Best wishes.
