Great question!
So, the good news is that urine is usually sterile, unless someone has a urinary tract infection, however men usually know when they have one because it causes immense pain.
The bad news is that when he pees inside of you, the strength of the flow of his urine could carry the normal bacteria that is the vaginal into your uterus (providing you have one) and cause an infection. Kinda like using a douche.
Vaginal douching is harmful because it takes all the stuff that the vagina is naturally pushing out of it and pushing it up, up, up through the cervix into the uterus (which is not good).
I do want to point out that I am answering this question with the biased assumption that neither you or your husband have any Sexually Transmitted Infection or are at risk of contracting Sexually Transmitted Infections.
So, it's not the safest behavior, but on the sexual risk continuum, it's a lower risk behavior. Because I am not a medical provider however, I have asked another SexualHealth.com expert to review this and add in any information I might not know about. But, if it feels good and it's not causing you any problems, happy playing!
