There is a very very small possibility. Ejaculation of sperm in or near the vagina is needed to create a risk of pregrancy. What you describe is called withdrawal - probably the oldest method of birth control. While many people assume it is an ineffective method, many experts believe that withdrawal is as effective as other barrier methods. According to the book Contraceptive Technology, "withdrawal is a considerably better method of contraception than no method at all." In the future, you may want to consider visiting a family planning clinic to obtain a more reliable method. In addition, if, in the future, you find that you do not withdraw in time, you may want to consider using emergency contraception (within 72 hours). Best wishes.
