Question:
I finger my girlfriend sometimes and sometimes I dont wash my hand. Lately in the back wall of the vagina I feel a small"bump", like a small pimple, where she is sensitive. The pimple like structure is smooth and doesnt hurt her. I'm afraid of telling her since I dont want to get her mad. What should I do?

I am not sure what this may be, nor if it DOES have a direct relation to hand washing or not. I think any new swelling or lump deserves an evaluation by a doctor. DO not assume that you are the reason. May be the help to find it....
