Hymen restoration procedure is not something practiced
in this country as far as i or my colleagues are aware.
However, people often place a great deal of value upon the
hymen, buying into the societal belief that it is a true
indication of whether or not a female is a virgin. Since the
hymen can be torn, broken, or stretched at any point in a
female's life, and since some females are born with partial
hymens or none at all, an intact hymen is not an accurate
sign as to whether or not a woman is a virgin.
