Hemospermia (blood in the ejaculate) may be related to several disorders including congestion, infections, cysts, or tumours. In many cases no abnormality is identified. The safest approach is to visit a urologist / Andrologist who will conduct a physical examination and order laboratory tests to exclude any physical abnormality & prescribe appropriate treatment if indicated. Best wishes, Hussein Ghanem MD
