Question:
i was just wondering, is it physically possible to "scream," or whatnot, during an orgasm? i think i read in a health magazine that because all the muscles are contracting at that point in time, it would be very hard to yell during the actual orgasm. please inform me of the correct answer, as i am a virgin, and i do not know.

It is usual for females to, well, respond with a sound like a moan during intercourse. This may be a scream with orgasm. This is usual, and with no problem about it.
