Question:
I have just turned 18, and I cannot retract my foreskin at all, it is very tight. This is a very embarassing problem for me and I even avoid sexual contact with my girlfriend because of this, I dont know what to do, please help!

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm afraid there's not much I can say in this forum except to see your doctor or a urologist. Only by examining your penis and foreskin firsthand can a determination be made about what is causing this. The reasons can theoretically range from the very simple to the very serious. Please consult with a doctor. I would also recommend doing it soon since it is interfering with your having a relationship.
