After having intercouse my husbands semen comes out of me. is this normal?

well, in short, yes. It is normal for an amount of the semen to come out. Females usually feel that what comes out is exessive. The vagina has no sphincter, so it will not hold any flyuid inside easily. There is nothing wrong, and you do not need any treatment !
