I HAVE THESE FLESH COLORED BUMPS ON MY PENIS THEY DO NOT HURT OR ITCH AND I AM NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE YET AND I WAS WANDERING COULD THEY BE SOME KIND OF STD FROM MASTURBATION? IF ITS NOT AN STD CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK THEY CAN BE AND WHERE CAN I BUY THE MEDICINE TO GET RID OF THEM, AND WILL IT BE SAFE FOR ME HAVE SEX IF I STILL HAVE THEM?

From what you describe, it is most likely that these bumps are papules - small, white or flesh-colored, harmless bumps that appear on our skin. Some men have these bumps on their penis and/or testicles. They're perfectly natural and are not due to masturbation. If there is any chance that these bumps could be an STD, namely genital warts, then you should have them examined by a physician. Genital warts can be contracted via infected towels or clothing.
