Question:
Hi Dr. Anis, Im very worried about my problem and im hoping you will be able to help me. I have had two tiny white head like dots underneth the head of my penis. It does not hurt and it does not itch. I just what to know what it is and should i be worried, and see a doctor. Thank you for your time.

You refer most probably to the openings of the preputial glands. These glands secrete a sebaceous material of very peculiar odor, which probably contains casein, and readily undergoes decomposition; when mixed with discarded epithelial cells it is called smegma. Since they do not produce any symptoms you have nothing to worry about.
