my partner has not been able to ejaculate for nearly two years, since he started take antipsychotic drugs, is there anything that can be done to help?

I need to know whether your partner feels that he is ejaculating but no semen comes out or he is not feeling that he is ejaculating at all, to be able to differentiate between dry ejaculation and retarded ejaculation. Many of the antipsychotic drugs delay ejaculation, reducing the dose or changing to other drugs may improve this side effect, mind you that retarded ejaculation may be related to the primary condition for which your partner receives the medication
