Question:
I seem to have these tiny little bumps on my penis but I am not sexually active. I have not had sex nor any oral sex. I have masturbated quite a few times. I was wandering can I get any STDS from masturbation? and what are these little tiny bumps on my penis cause im really scared it could be some kind of disease

Based on what you describe, and the fact that you cannot get an STD from masturbation, it seems that you, like many other males, have papules on your penis - harmless, white bumps.
