Question:
when i got out of the shower today i knowticed that i had a tiny black spot on the lip of my vigina. i got scared and was looking for anything else and i found a bigger spot on the inner lip. im really scared because ive been having irregular bleeding and its not my period because ive been experiencing the bleeding for around 4 days and i would know if it were my period because it would be heavier. the bleeding is just off and on and not heavy at all but very light. today was the first time i knowticed the spots though. they are black and not raised at all as if it was a bump, and there are no visible bumps around it. ive been experianceing shark pains inside my vigina also that come and go. its abnormal for me to be having this and im scared that it might be something my boyfriend did. although we haven't had intercourse yet, he has givin me oral sex and lately when we were together he "fingered" me and he went pretty deep and made me bleed but i though nothing of it until it contiued for around 4-5 days. im willing to seek any medical help and my boyfriend is aware and has no visible stds of any kind. im just scared that it might be something called endometriosis. ive read up on it but i only have 2 symtoms. please help me with any advise. thank you.

Dear Madam Thank you for your consultation request. First the bleeding. if you know for sure that this bleeding is probably related to your first sexual activity, it should stop within a few days. There may have been some burning pain with it,and this will be gone soonas well. Dark spots. Sometimes you get a nevus on your genitals. Like the darks spots you get on your skin, in your hands and legs. From what you said, it does not look like endometriosis. If you have ANY concerns, do not leave your self pray to worry, visit a gynecologist for a checkup, and all will be well soon.
