I'm 24 years old and I just had sex for the very first time last week. My concern is that ever since that day, it's been painful every time I go to the restroom, I have this burning feeling, I was wondering if that was normal.

This is probably 'nornmal' We see many cases of what we call Honey Moon Cystitis. That is infection in your urinary bladder after your first few intercourses. This is Simple. You will need to se a doctor, check your urine for infection and find which antibiotic is best for you and take it.
