Question:
this may a weird question, but i've had this problem for a while. when i am together with a girl and we start making out, i (naturally) get an errection but after a while the foreskin "withdraws" completely from the head of my penis. This feels rather painful, especially when my girlfriend tries to give me a handjob.
So far I always had to excuse myself. I first would like to know if it's natural or if there something from before I talk with her about it.

I encourage you to see your doctor and find out if there is something that you can do to make erections less painful and more pleasurable. Also, talk to your girlfriend and see if there is something that you can do (together) to make any of these sexual behaviors feel good.
