Question:
1)Is mansturbation really healthy or not? If it is, does it help improve sex intercourse. 2)When I am having sex with my girlfriend, I get tired before I ejaculate or even before I lose erection (MOST OF THE TIME). What is going on? 3)Does doing physical exercises (going to gym, jogging and so on...)improve sex intercourse? 4)Those men that I see on magazines or ads that have big size penis:Is it real? Is there a way that I can make mine that big?

In answer to your questions: 1. Yes, masturbation is very healthy and it does help to improve sexual intercourse in that it enables you to get to know your body and what feels good. 2. Your fatigue during sex could be for a number of reasons. Are you stressed? Are you working a lot? Are you not getting enough sleep? Are you eating a well-balanced diet? Are you drinking and/or smoking before sexual intercourse (activities that can wear you out)? 3. Given that exercise is a stress reliever, gives you renewed energy, and keeps you in shape, it can help to improve your sex life. 4. Men have penises in all different sizes. How big they are in magazines may or may not be due to electronic means of enhancement. Despite what our culture may want to think, many women are not turned on by super huge penises. Some women find sex with a well-endowed man to be quite painful, actually. So have no worries about your size. It's true what they say - it's what you can do with it!!
