I am a 35 year old male, I cannot ejaculate when I have sex with my new lover, but I can ejaculate when I masterbate.

This might simply be a period of adjustment. People fit together in different ways and your "fit" with this woman is unique. You might find that different positions will work better for you, and instead of worrying about this, consider it a challenge. Become creative. I would also suggest that you not masturbate. Allow your "sexual energy" to build and as some point you should ejaculate easily. Then, unless you are attempting to ejacualate with an excessive frequency , you should find that you are becoming more reliable. So, experiment, abstain from masturbation, and only expect to ejaculate a reasonable number of times.
