I recently read an article about penis oders and the reason that was given was that the man was not circumsized (not spelt right). Now I am circumsized and I have this weird smell on my penis. It is really a strong smell and i never had this problem in the past i just recently noticed the problem and i would like to know if thier is a chance that this could be from a std or just the same idea of the persons article of the not being circumsized?Confused

The oily secretion ("smegma") on the underside of the penis head is the same, cicumcisioned or not. Usually regular washing solves the problem. At the end of the day, particularly in warm weather, every male and female can find an unpleasant aroma in and around their genitals. Soap and water takes care of this. It is very unlikely that the secretion on the surface of your penis is the result of a sexually transmitted disease, but if you have been having unprotected sex with a variety of partners, you do run a risk. However, I think you just need to stop worrying start washing. If the pain you mentioned persists, you should consult a physician.
