I feel your pain, but I am sorry to report that it is unlikely that a
truly functional clitoris can be surgically reconstructed. An organ that
looks like a clitoris can be made, but it will not have the same
sensations as a real clitoris. However, perhaps with new microsurgical
techniques something can be done to reconnect clitoral nerve endings,
if any remain. I don't know, but it may be worth investigating. I
recommend that you contact the International Society of Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgeons for more information on this subject. They
can be found on the Internet. To start go to: www.plasticsurgery.org
Another much less drastic and costly option is to buy a high powered
electric vibrator. Your fiancee can then hold it (herself) on the area
where her clitoris used to be and see what happens. She will probably
have to "play" with it by herself for a while until she learns about her
body's responses. It is theoretically possible for her to be orgasmic
with the intense stimulation provided by such a vibrator if she has any
viable nerves left in that area.
I know of women, like your fiancee, who
were able to respond to intense vibrators. I suggest you click on
www.evesgarden.com for information about these products. Look at
the add in Eve's Garden for the Magic Wand electric vibrator. That is
a good place to start.
My best to you and please let me know what happens.
