This student needs some urgent education, in particular re "Public places" and "Private places" He is acting on sexual urges and impulses and either has no control or no knowledge about appropriateness, about public and private. He needs to have some basic sexual education, but it is not really your role to provide it, simply to enforce it. But as he is creating a problem in the classroom, you will need to firstly speak to the parents about it, and secondly take some immediate action yourself. Like setting some ground rules about not touching body parts whilst in the classroom. If he cannot control himself, it may be best for everyone to ask the parents to keep him at home until he learns that tis behaviour is totally inappropriate in a public class room. If they are unable to educate him, then they must find someone who can. Local Community Health and Family Planning Agencies, may be able to help give a starting point. The basics can be covered with him in less than an hour, but then the reinforcement of that may take some weeks. Please feel free to ask any further questions, and thank you for coming to The Sexual Health Network Melissa BEE
