You have expressed 3 concerns: Masturbation, Premature ejaculation & Penile curvature.
Masturbation in a normal behavior practiced by most men. It doesn’t denote or lead to any physical harm. Myths claiming that Masturbation would be harmful to the general health or to the sex organs have no scientific or medical basis. However the feelings of guilt in some men might need to be dealt with.
Premature ejaculation is a common disorder that might affect 40 – 60 % of men at certain periods of their active sexual life. It is not caused by masturbation. The hypersensitive ejaculatory reflex is almost always psychogenic (without physical problems). It was suggested that premature ejaculation might be associated with performance anxiety, over concern with pleasing the partner, or unresolved marital problems. Rarely, it might be related to initiation of antidepressants, narcotic withdrawal, multiple sclerosis or spinal cord lesions.
Treatment of premature ejaculation is ideally through the start-stop technique or the squeeze technique. These techniques are prescribed by the sex therapist to train the patient to gain control over the hypersensitive ejaculatory reflex. In the squeeze technique, the wife stimulates the penis then squeezes the glans firmly when the husband signals he is about to ejaculate. In the start stop technique, stimulation is stopped before ejaculation is inevitable & then resumed once more. The cycle is repeated over & over again. The aim is to gain control so the patient would ejaculate only when he wishes to. Several medications are prescribed by physicians to treat patients failing to perform or respond to the above exercises.
Penile curvature at your age is most probably congenital. Simple mild curves do not interfere with pleasurable sexual intercourse and do not need any treatment, but severe curves might need surgical correction. Most curvatures do not need treatment. You need to see an Andrologist or Urologist to evaluate the curvature and to determine the need for surgery. Generally, a curvature of less than 30 degrees doesn’t need surgery. Your doctor might need to induce an artificial erection using a local injection, or you can provide him with photos of your erect penis demonstrating the curve. The multiple concerns you have might be associated with an anxiety disorder and you might benefit from psychological assessment.
