Based on the symptoms you describe, you may have a yeast infection or trichomoniasis - both of which are bacterial infections, due to an imbalance in the vagina's natural bacteria. Such infections can be caused by vaginal sprays, birth control pills, pregnancy, tight pants, stress, antibiotics, douching, among other things. Whether you have trichomoniasis or a yeast infection can be determined by a physician, who can prescribe you antibiotics. These infections will not affect sex with your husband or your chance of getting pregnant. If you have either infection, however, make sure that your husband gets treated as well, so that he doesn't reinfect you after the infection has cleared. You may also want to abtain from having intercourse with him, unless a condom is used, so that he does not become infected.
