Thanks for your question and I apologize for taking so much time to write you back. It seems that I am not getting notice that there are questions in my queue, so I didn't know your question was there.
I would say that having two clitorises is not common, but when it comes to any variation in the genitals almost anything is possible.
I would like to know more about how you have identified both the clitorises. Are they side by side, one on top of the other? Do both of them have the clitoral hood, the skin that covers the clitoris normally?
One way to find out how they both feel is to touch them and feel the sexual pleasure that you get during arousal. I don't know what will happen when you have a partner, but you can find out now how they feel by pleasuring yourself stimulating yourself by using both of them.
