Instead of going to a clinic, you’ll visit a LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics lab in your area. Visit the lab anytime during open hours, no appointment needed. A technician will take a quick blood and urine sample - no need to undress. It’s fast, easy and private.

Test results are ready, online

In usually in 3 business days or less, you’ll get an email with instructions to login to your secure account. If your test results are positive for certain STDs or if your results require more explanation, we’ll arrange a phone call with one of our doctors.* Care Advisors are available 7 days a week to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Doctor consult & treatment, if appropriate

If you test positive or if your results require explanation, we'll arrange a phone consultation with one of our doctors within 24 hours. In some circumstances, we are required by state law to arrange for you to speak with a physician. You'll have the opportunity to discuss results and follow up treatment. If appropriate, and permitted by state law, the doctor will send a prescription to your pharmacy or connect you to a specialist in your area.
