Elizabeth "Lizzi" McNeff is currently working at the Boys and Girls Aide Society and for the PLUS program providing sexuality education and counseling (Carrera-Dempsey Teen Pregnancy Prevention sites), teaching Teen Pregnancy Prevention Theories at Portland State University, and is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Self Determination's Abuse Prevention for Women with Disabilities Project. She has a small private practice with four other clinicians that focuses on treating adjudicated juvenile sex offenders. In addition, she has lectured on sexuality and disability locally and around the country for the past twelve years.
Lizzi received her Masters in Public Administration and Health Administration in 1993 and is completing her PhD in Educational Counseling. She has certificates in Mediation, Community Health Education and Family Life and Sexual Health. She is a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists and is working on completing her applications as a Sex Educator and Sex Counselor. She currently co-authors a column with Mitch Tepper, PhD, MPH in New Mobility magazine called Love Bites, has started writing a book (topic tba!), and is establishing herself as a free-lance writer.
