Rapid or premature ejaculation introduction
(05/04/2004)

by Unknown

Rapid or premature ejaculation is a concern for many men, and can be disappointing for many of their partners.
However, if a man has a cooperative partner who is willing to help in the learning process, a man can learn to significantly improve his ejaculatory control. A man without a partner can begin learning on his own, but the learning will not be complete until he is in a relationship with someone who understands the strategy that he must use. Gaining ejaculatory control is a learning process that takes time and patience. There are no "quick cures," and many have been disappointed when they tried to mechanically use behavioral techniques that they did not understand. To outline these basic mechanics of what a man can do would be easy. It is more difficult to describe what he must experience and what he must learn, and this cannot be done in a quick online response.

It is strongly recommend that men wish
ing to improve their control should learn as much as they can about their ejaculatory response and the strategies that might help control it. Two books are recommended: PE: How to Overcome Premature Ejaculation by Dr. Helen Kaplan, and MALE SEXUAL ENDURANCE: A Man's Book about Ejaculatory Control by Dr. Robert Birch. There is also an adult educational video titled You Can Last Longer that is quite helpful. Remember, it will take time, it will take patience, and it will take practice.
