Are gays, lesbians and bisexuals normal?

Are gays, lesbians and bisexuals "natural"? Are they sinners? Are they pedophiles? Are there any good answers to the moral debates surrounding gay, lesbian and bisexual issues?
Unfortunately, there are no good answers. I can tell you my beliefs (although I imagine that they are fairly clear upon reading this web page). I can listen to your beliefs. But each of us will have to decide our own comfort level in dealing with these issues. I can tell you that historian John Boswell has written a number of informative books (such as this one about how homosexuality has been considered by Christians throughout history. I can tell you, too, that same-sex sexual behavior is seen time and again in the animal kingdom (for an example, see this book). I can even tell you that research shows most pedophiles are heterosexual men. Ultimately, though, none of those things can change your mind about gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals.
