Dr. Lynch completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, graduating summa cum laude with degrees in music and biological sciences. He went on to earn his medical education at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and then completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center. Dr. Lynch is a faculty member and attending physician of the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. At the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, he teaches medical students and residents both in and out of the classroom.

Dr. Oldson earned her medical training and residency at Rush University in Chicago. She served as Chief Resident and has been on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago since 1998. During her residency, she was recognized as Intern of the Year and Resident of the Year, and also received a state award as the Outstanding Resident Physician in Illinois. Additionally, Dr. Oldson is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha; a member of the Advisory Board of the Discovery Institute of Medical Education; and a former member of the Advisory Board of the Illinois Science Council.

A member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Cunningham practices at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital in Illinois and at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center in Wisconsin. Dr. Cunningham graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Michigan State University and completed her medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and has been practicing since 2000. As an ER physician, she regularly treats patients with STDs.
